Dispatch documents are refused while either gate fails (§8.1, §8.2), and generating one produces a PDF against the tenant's own branding. Neither is built yet.

Delivered—not reachedsets status to Delivered and fills in delivery dateAdvancing a milestone writes the status, the date, a feed entry and an audit event in one transaction. There is no database behind this screen yet.
Empty returned—not reachedsets status to Delivered - Awaiting Paperwork and fills in empty return
Closed—not reachedsets status to Ready for Billing
Delivered is the one that cascades. It sets both invoice dates — starting the customer and carrier ageing clocks together — marks the load ready to bill, requests the POD, prepares the customer invoice and the carrier bill, and notifies the agent. All of it in one transaction, so it either all happens or none of it does.
